日系ビジネスサービス企業にて保険事業に関わり、保険金請求や被保険者のサポート、病院との連携などに携わっていただける方を募集しております。

顧客（保険会社、企業、保険契約者）のお悩みやニーズに関して会社の窓口となり、顧客との関係を構築・強化、保険契約の状況把握、またオペレーションチームや営業チームなどの社内チームと協業いただきます。

業務内容

• 病院、保険会社、企業、契約者などからの問い合わせ対応
• 他チームメンバーとの定期的にミーティング、進捗状況の把握や業務改善
• クライアントや社内向けに適宜状況のアップデートおよび報告書の作成
• 営業チームとの定期ミーティング、更なる営業機会の創出
• 入院中の被保険者への言語や保険金請求のサポート
• 保険商品と保険条件を理解し、保険契約者への適切な説明
• 営業目標管理、マーケティングプランの策定・管理
• ビジネスパートナーのリスト、契約書などの作成
• 保険金処理に必要な書類・情報について、保険会社との連携
