Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes following standardized recipes and schedules.
- Measure and mix ingredients with freshness in mind.
- Ensure food quality and safety through tasting and inspections.
- Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen adhering to health regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning, propose new recipes, and monitor inventory.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth workflow.
- Adhere to portion control and company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume food production.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible working hours including weekends.
- Priority for candidates with food handling certification.
