Responsibilities (HR):

• Key timesheets for payroll
• CPF Submission
• Claims submission
• Administrate Corppass users
• File exit clearance (IR21)
• Annual tax filing
• Weekly manpower update
• Work pass administration
• Annual leave administration
• Training needs & enrolments
• Insurance renewals and claims
• Ad-hoc office administration

Responsibilities (Accounts):

• Prepare journal entries
• Issue sales invoices
• Maintain ledger of accounts receivable
• Accounts Payable and data entry
• Liaise with suppliers on payments
• Creditors’ reconciliation
• Prepare payments
• Ad-hoc accounts duties

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Pay: $2,500 – $3,00/month

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Experience: 1 year HR preferred

Location: In person

Start Date: 01/11/2024
