Job Description

Responsibilities (HR):
- Key timesheets for payroll
- CPF Submission
- Claims submission
- Administrate Corppass users
- File exit clearance (IR21)
- Annual tax filing
- Weekly manpower update
- Work pass administration
- Annual leave administration
- Training needs & enrolments
- Insurance renewals and claims
- Ad-hoc office administration
Responsibilities (Accounts):
- Prepare journal entries
- Issue sales invoices
- Maintain ledger of accounts receivable
- Accounts Payable and data entry
- Liaise with suppliers on payments
- Creditors’ reconciliation
- Prepare payments
- Ad-hoc accounts duties
Job Type: Contract (6 months)
Pay: $2,500 – $3,00/month
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Experience: 1 year HR preferred
Location: In person
Start Date: 01/11/2024
