Job Description
Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)
Environmental Conditions: Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance. Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards. Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, testing and packing of instrument air conditioning environment.
- Fix instrument and sub-assemblies issues and follow-up with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of fixtures to ensure fixtures are well maintained for manufacturing use.
- Assist Instrument Engineers in carrying out validation / evaluations / experiments.
- Ensure devices used in manufacturing are calibrated for use.
- Assist new colleagues on their On-the-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement activities.
Qualification:
- NTC in engineering fields, or ‘N’ / ‘O’ level with strong troubleshooting experience.
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years hands-on assembly and testing experience in an ISO13485 manufacturing environment.
Competencies:
- Good eyesight, no color blindness.
- Physically fit and strong.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
