- Data Entry, AP and AR
- Billing of Invoices
- Answering of Calls, Reply Emails/Whatsapp
- General filing and admin duties
- Reminding Clients of Due Installments
- Generating Reports, etc. for management
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Meticulous and responsible
- Experience in admin and accounts duties would be preferred
