Job Description
- Scheduling of clips/visuals for digital campaigns
- Submission of clips/visuals for approval
- Working on tenders and new projects
- Onboarding new vendors, partners, and assets
- Liaising with vendors/partners regularly
- Managing maintenance vendors
- Basic technical troubleshooting for digital screens
- Monitoring digital screens and assets
- Handling hotline and feedback for digital screens
- Saving proof of posting
- Documentation and paperwork
- Other ad-hoc projects
