Job Description
We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Clinic Assistant/Senior Clinic Assistants for My Family Clinic @Anchorvale, a subsidiary of Alliance Healthcare Group Limited.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Perform daily operational duties at the outpatient Clinic.
- Registration of patients and providing frontline customer service.
- Accurate processing of prescriptions and dispensing of medicines.
- Handling billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
- Inventory management and replenishment of medicines and consumable items.
- Operating the Clinic Management System.
- Completing ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.
What We Are Looking for:
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
- Familiarity with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinics will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for a Senior position.
- Comfortable with shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
