Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Controller to join our Integrated Maintenance Control Centre (IMCC) team. As the Lead Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of our company’s facilities.
Key responsibilities include developing maintenance strategies, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing maintenance processes for efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of maintenance technologies are a plus.
