Job Description
GP Clinic located at Telok Blangah Drive
Mon – Fri 8am – 12.30pm, 1.30pm – 5pm
Sat 8am – 1pm
No nights
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
- Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor’s needs.
- Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
- Dispensary
- Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
- Maintenance of clinic’s cleanliness and appearance.
Requirements:
- Should have a minimum GCE N, O levels
- Prior experience as a clinic assistant or clinic manager will be an advantage.
- Able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and a good team player
- Hardworking and willing to learn

Salary: $1,800.00 – $2,400.00 per month
