Job Description
The Job:
- To respond and follow up on customer inquiry – Quotation
- To process sales order, picking slip, invoicing, and filing
- To take turns doing reception duty & cash register weekly
- To process back-order picking slip and shipping documents
- To raise IA, credit note, TCLA, and GST
The Person:
- Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience
- Parts knowledge
- Computer knowledge and administration experience
- Good communication in English and Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 – $3,200.00 per month
