Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Finance function which includes:
- Handling the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Ensuring accurate/timely verification and processing of invoices, claims, and payments
- Familiarize with the Gym Management System and perform database checks
- Generating sales reports and processing refunds
- Liaising with vendors on all Finance matters
- Assisting with Finance reports preparation and audit activities
- Performing administrative duties and other assigned tasks
