Job Information

Job Description

1) Prepare shipping documents for export of cargo. House waybill (HAWB) and Master waybill (MAWB)

2) Print cargo label for cargo for Export.

3) Ensure correct rates executed on AWB.

4) Send pre-alert email to oversea office after documents executed.

5) Check all cargo are lodged into terminal at end of day.

6) Handle problem arise during lodgement promptly.

7) Send Shipper’s AWB after execution.

8) Ensure all shipment for exported are correct and DG cargo are declared correctly.

9) Ensure all documents executed are correct and pre-alert sent for all MAWB and HAWB. ** On job training will be provided.
