Job Purpose: Competent Call Centre Executive to train, manage, and lead Call Centre Agents. Responsible for assessing call quality and providing feedback for maximum customer satisfaction. Goal is to achieve excellent team performance for sustainable business growth.
Job Description:
– Formulate KPI targets for individuals and teams
– Train new call centre agents and ensure preparedness for calls
– Develop training documents supporting call centre operations
