Job Description
- Checking and posting invoices into the accounting system
- Create journals and payment vouchers
- Communicating with customers about invoices and payments by email or phone
- Assist in creating customers and introducers in the accounting system
- Assist in scanning documents
- Other ad hoc tasks related to the accounting department

- Have good follow-up skills and documentation trail.
