Job Description
- Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground
- Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness
- Manage customer complaints in a professional manner
- Manage manpower deployment
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties
- Any other related duties assigned by manager
