Job Description
Working location: UE Bizhub West
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow a prepared script to provide product/service information
- Engage customers to understand their needs
- Identify sales leads through outbound calls
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Record leads in CRM system
- Answer customer questions professionally
- Build positive customer relationships
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Entry-level candidates welcome, training provided
