Job Description
This position is for PaxOcean Group, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Organize internal audit schedules for quality, safety, and health, and customers.
- Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through corrective actions.
- Analyze areas of non-conformance to WSH standards to determine reasons for non-conformance.
- Analyze how different approaches may impact the problem-solving outcomes.
- Conduct learning activities to enhance WSH standards and practices.
- Develop an action plan based on the best solutions identified during WSH solutioning discussions.
- Drive WSH activities to ensure department compliance with requirements.
- Facilitate discussions on WSH reports and findings.
- Formulate WSH solutions based on the analysis of WSH reports.
- Implement advanced environmental protection policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of system-related experience.
- GCE ‘O’ levels qualifications or above and possess an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
- Possess good command in English in both written and oral communication.
- Possess a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
- Excellent presentation skills.
