Job Description
- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
- Typing accurately, preparing, and maintaining accounting documents and records
- Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
- Reconciling accounts in a timely manner
- Daily entering key data of financial transactions into the database
- Assisting and supporting company personnel
- Researching, tracking, and resolving accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Informing management and compiling reports/summaries on activity areas
- Functioning in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
- Constantly updating job knowledge
- Able to perform adhoc administration duties when required
- Able to work 6.5 days a week
