Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
You will be the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues. Additionally, you will assist in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
