Job Description
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in detailed project plans development, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure project activities alignment and timelines.
- Track project progress, make adjustments to meet deadlines.
Technical Support:
- Provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct engineering analyses, calculations to support requirements.
- Review, approve technical drawings, specifications, documentation.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections, tests for compliance verification.
- Resolve quality issues during the project.
Budget, Cost Control:
- Monitor project budgets, ensure cost-effective resource use.
- Identify cost overruns, implement corrective actions.
- Prepare cost estimates, financial reports.
Risk Management:
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor, address issues with minimal impact on timelines, budgets.
- Prepare risk management plans, conduct regular assessments.
Documentation, Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation accuracy, reports, schedules, change orders.
- Prepare, present regular project status reports to management, stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date, compliant with policies.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication, collaboration among team members.
- Provide updates on status, address concerns promptly.
