Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (Flavor & Fragrance – Chinese) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales activities in the flavor and fragrance industry, with a focus on the Chinese market.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, particularly in the flavor and fragrance industry. Fluency in Chinese is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
