Job Description
Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)
Location: Raffles Place
Job Description:
- Provide front desk duties by greeting, welcoming, and directing clients to meeting rooms
- Maintain a professional reception area reflecting the company’s image
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Assist clients and internal staff with enquiries
- Coordinate security procedures, printing requests, office maintenance, and administrative tasks
