Job Description
Our client, RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD., a leading player in the automotive industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. This position, located in Central, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking growth in the finance field.
Duties:
- Process AP invoices, ensuring accuracy in matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Properly code AP invoices, petty cash, and expense claims following company procedures.
- Adhere to IRAS guidelines for GST recognition and generate online payments.
- Verify new vendor forms and documents for ERP system setup.
- Prepare and update monthly vendor reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
