Job Description
Position Summary
Handling of call-in enquiries, coordination of order fulfillment, and support to all sales related matters.
Main Accountabilities
- Assist sales department in processing customer inquiries and meeting their needs.
- Manage all enquires, provide timely response and follow-ups.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through various communication platforms.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, maintain interaction records, and analyze purchasing patterns.
- Process and coordinate customer orders fulfillment, generate related documents, and engage customers to up-sell products.
Internal & External Working Relationships
Collaborate with others in a friendly manner and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
- Customer service-oriented with proven experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Patience, persistence in follow-up, and adaptability to various customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 – $3,200.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
