Job Description
- Order Processing to respective factories based on Purchase Orders from received.
- Prepare and handle commercial documentation like invoices/delivery orders/shipping documents, etc.
- Liaise with external vendors like freight forwarders, 3rd party logistics, delivery contractors, etc.
- Liaise with respective factories to arrange shipments promptly
- Negotiate rates with freight forwarders to optimize delivery load and cost
- Monitor both inbound/outbound shipment/freights from overseas and local suppliers
- Ensure and Update shipping cost of both inbound/outbound shipments as per quotations
- Act upon receiving shipping instructions
- Update Sales Record after each shipment
- Any other duties that are assigned within the course of work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,00.00 – $3,800.00 per month
