Job Description
Locations: Woodlands / Paya Lebar / Chinatown Point / Tiong Bahru
Weekday Classes: Monday to Fridays: 8:30AM to 6:00PM / 9:30AM to 7PM / 1PM to 10PM
- 5 days work week with (1 weekday and 1 weekend) off days per week
Salary: $3,00 – $4,500
Job scope:
- Liaise with learners, trainers, and related departments & organisations for smooth programme operations
- Provide support for learners and companies via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Assist in classroom facilitation and course material preparation
- Conduct administrative tasks like attendance tracking and document filing
- Monitor and schedule trainings to ensure compliance
- Support the company’s continuous improvement in training-related areas
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related roles
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
