Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving their goals.
• Ensure smooth operations within the sales department.
• Provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly through email or phone calls.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and relevant documentation.
• Utilize CRM system for managing customer information.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling and managing customer requests.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the sales support function.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
