Job Description
Job Title: Picker
Job Summary: Seeking a reliable Picker to pick and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently
- Check items against pick list and report discrepancies
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping or in-store pickup
- Label and organize orders for efficient retrieval
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members
- Maintain safe work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication skills
