PERTINENT LAW LLP is seeking a friendly, charismatic, and full-time Assistant, Client Relations to join our dynamic and fast-growing firm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests professionally
- Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and office
- Answer and forward phone calls promptly
- Maintain tidy reception area and meeting rooms
- Perform clerical receptionist duties
Job Requirements:
