Job Description
· To verify monthly payment vouchers issued
· To prepare weekly expenses report
· To advise admin and finance assistant in preparing invoices, payment vouchers and receipts
· To advise Finance Director of expenses control plan
· To be able to do ad hoc admin or HR work as and when required
· To prepare quarterly GST submission
· To file financial vouchers and documents
· To maintain monthly Currency & Exchange rate on EDMS
· To submit online bank payment information and track payment status on EDMS
· To be responsible for financial account management of assets
· To be responsible for tracking monthly bank balance and fulfill bank reconciliation form each month.
· To check expense for overseas offices
· Other jobs assigned by supervisor
Others:
Have engineering knowledge will be an added advantage
Meticulous and positive
Knowledge on the whole spectrum of accounting and tax regulations are a must
Location of work: Singapore
