COMPANY DESCRIPTION
DESIGNATION: Department Executive – Fresh Department
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and profitability for Fresh Department
- Analyze trends, lead teams, handle customer feedback, and manage stock
- Plan promotions, recruit, train, and ensure compliance with laws
- Review and enhance store operations, participate in projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree with 2 years’ service/retail experience
- Passion for the industry, customer-oriented and results-driven
- Resourceful, leader with excellent communication and planning skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively
