We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Executive to join our Corporate Secretariat team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in all secretarial and administrative duties, including coordinating board meetings, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining corporate records.

• Support the Board of Directors and senior management with corporate governance matters
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies
• Manage communication with shareholders and external stakeholders
