Job Description
Our client, JJ CONSULTING SERVICES, a global leader in gateway services, is looking to hire a Customer Service Officer for the East location in Singapore. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations to ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to oversee daily operations
- Mentor and develop staff to maintain service standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
- Assist Duty Manager in daily deployment based on service standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Good command of English
- Friendly with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent with excellent multitasking skills
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts
