Job Description
- Manage processing of employee official claims and external payments.
- Respond to employees’ inquiries on purchases and payments promptly.
- Educate and guide employees on finance policies.
- Assist supervisors in audit checks and report preparation.
- Support quality service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Provide monthly budget status reports.
- Manage employee services contracts and budget planning.
