Job Description
- Support Operations Director in coordinating, monitoring, and tracking manpower movement, resources, planning, budgets, and expenses.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support.
- Work closely with the respective site teams for the regular submission of reports, dashboards, and work plans.
- Assist in working committees for events.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Involve/lead in grant-funded projects, focusing on innovation through mechanization and automation.
- Handle staff leave, medical certificates, claims, and attendance.
- Manage weighing tickets and service vouchers.
- Raise and follow up on PR/PO and tax invoices.
- Order consumables for operations and conduct stock takes.
- Source quotes or parts required by the department and liaise with vendors.
- Liaise with HR for the local/foreigner hiring process.
- Follow up on contract start and expiry, and maintain service request forms from BD.
- Update and maintain company policies, procedures, training, and WSQ courses.
- Submit monthly waste reports to clients.
- Submit all NEA IPs/Approved IPs to Finance.
- Follow up on vehicle inspection, road tax, and preventive maintenance.
- Submit GWC license annually.
- Follow up on OTCs/Compactors/Trucks annual NEA inspection.
Working hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, 5 days a week
