Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SCOPE

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation
• Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• Ensure project activities comply with the Company’s ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NTC/Diploma/Degree Holders
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of M & E works in building/warehouse construction
• Use of Autocad would be an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
