Job Description
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
HD Hyundai Global Service Singapore is the spares and service solution provider for the entire HD Hyundai Group’s equipment portfolio as well as the vessels built by HD Hyundai Group. We offer our customers spares and services including maintenance and repair and provide technical supports.
Hyundai Global Service / Parts and Service Portfolio:
- Ship
- Engine (2strock MAN, WinGD & 4strock HiMSEN)
- Electro & Electronic equipment (ACONIS, MSBD, Alternator, etc.)
- Environmental equipment (BWTS, EGCS, etc.)
- Thruster, Steam turbine, Propeller, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inquiry and communicating with HQ
- Responsible for daily transactional duties and needs for sales
- Maintain commercial and technical data accuracy
- Manage & expedite sales and process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Review database for periodic reporting needs
- Nurture business relationship by building rapport with existing/new customers
- Provide support for sales team’s projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)
- Commitment to work under deadlines
- Attentive to data accuracy
- Experience in Marine/Shipping industry is a plus
