Job Description
- Schedule and execute the delivery of projects within time, budget, and Client’s expectations.
- Monitor progress and identify critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Ensure work adherence to plans, specifications, and regulations.
- Manage resource allocation and availability.
- Develop project plans for monitoring progress.
– Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, conduct risk management, and measure project performance with appropriate tools.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Responsible for project management, planning, execution, budget evaluation, and compliance with regulations.
- Lead a team in daily operations to achieve project targets and respond promptly to issues.
- Report and escalate matters to Management when necessary.
