Job Description
1. TCM knowledge is required, 1-2 years experience.
2. Being able to adjust working hours accordingly.
3. Might need to work on weekends and public holidays.
4. Working hours are flexible between 10am to 10pm.
5. Customer service experience is essential.
6. Ability to coordinate with colleagues and managers.
7. Willingness to commit to a single position for more than 2 years.
