Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Latte Art Creation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages.
- Create appealing latte art designs.
Order Handling:
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure correctness and promptness.
- Serve food and beverages timely.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
- Ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
Working Hours:
- Weekday 11-10pm
- Weekend 10-10pm
- Every Tuesday + Another Weekday Off
