Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform check-in and check-out for hotel guests.
Attend to guests’ needs and inquiries.
Handle cashiering duties.
Handle guest reservations using Opera system.
To provide an excellent level of service to all guests and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Handle other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with at least 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
People-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
A good team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in OPERA will be an added advantage.
Able to work rotating shifts, including on public holidays and weekends.
Location: 32 Hamilton Road
