Job Description
LEAF CORNER PTE. LTD. is currently hiring Service Crews for our Vegetarian Restaurant located in Sembawang. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers upon arrival
- Present restaurant menus and help customers to recommend food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Resolve complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and settle payments
- Setup, clean, and organize workstations
- Ensure enough cutleries for the shift
- Provide customer service over various platforms
- Assisting other team members when needed
- Ensure safety for customers
- Provide Go-the-Extra-Mile Service
- Bring used dishes/cutleries to cleaning station and cleaning/washing/drying accordingly
- Cleaning and tidying of whole restaurant including but not limited to tables, chairs, floors, counters, exteriors, washrooms, etc.
- Assist with simple ingredient and sauce preparations
- Any other relevant ad-hoc duties
Full Time Employment:
- Basic Salary: $1850 per month
- Working hours: 11.30am – 9.30pm including one hour break, 6 days per week
Part Time Employment:
- Basic Salary: $1400 per month
- Working hours: 4.30pm – 9.30pm, 6 days per week
