Job Description
• Working hour: 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)
• Company located at Bukit Batok
• Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT
• Variable Bonus + Excellent Welfare
• Well Established Freight Forwarding Company
Job Scope:
- Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed, and reviewed accurately
- Input export job reference
- Resolve any special shipment requirements with the shipper
- Keep Sales Personnel informed about bookings
- Arrange shipment direct with shipping lines or consol for both FCL and LCL cargo
- Advise shipper on space confirmation and arrange trucking if needed
- Inform shipper of any changes or delays
- Ensure all cargoes are in good condition and report any damage immediately
Requirement:
- GCE O Level / Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
