Job Description
• Basic Salary UP$2500
• Working days & hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM (Monday – Friday)
• Working Location at Jurong East (Toh Guan Road)

Job Scope:
- Responsible for preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Assist Sales Manager/Executives with administration tasks.
- Ensure customer requirements are met and documented accurately.
- Coordinate sourcing of goods and delivery to customers.
- Prepare and submit reports as assigned.
- Handle other Ad Hoc duties as required.
Requirement:
- GCE O Level and above
- 1 – 3 years related experience in a similar role
