Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records.
Candidates with a diploma in Business Administration or related field and at least 2 years of administrative experience are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
