Job Description
Prepare monthly reports for submission.
General administrative and operational duties.
Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
Handling paperwork for new hires and exiting employees.
Coordinating employee engagement activities.
Managing office supplies and inventory.
Renew Company Insurance policies and registrations.
Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
Manage site staff training and recruitment.
Organize and maintain office files and cleanliness.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist in contract preparation and invoice issuance.
Follow up on daily work orders and site progress.
Adhoc tasks assigned by superior.
