8-hour working hours from 9am – 6pm, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support
• Handling customer inquiries, greetings, and responding to questions
• Sort documents according to specific requirements
• Provide customer service and coordination
• Maintain filing system
• Work in a multi-task environment
• Work independently and in teams
• Monitor deliveries
• Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
• Cost and budgeting tasks
• Liaise with suppliers and schedule deliveries

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in written English
• Meticulous and well-organized
• Positive attitude
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Good communication and planning skills
• Team player with initiative
• Basic knowledge of flowers
