Job Description

Our client, CULTIVAR ASIA PTE. LTD., is an international company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of products and services to the semiconductor industry in SEA. They are currently looking for a dynamic Global Category Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global category strategies to optimize operations and increase purchasing efficiency.
  • Lead pricing and negotiation strategies for purchasing categories.
  • Manage and execute purchasing and supply management activities with a focus on compliance and CSR.
  • Secure quality supply, achieve purchasing targets, and support internal planning processes.
  • Execute and update category strategies to align with organizational functions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and collaborations.
  • Report on and monitor performance.
  • Lead global cross-functional purchasing discussions for the categories.
  • Represent global categories in relevant meetings and discussions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing or relevant areas.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic competencies.
  • Understanding of relevant business law.
