Job Description
As a Client Relations and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships while implementing effective marketing strategies. You will work closely with both existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products or services, conducting market research to identify new trends, and analyzing competitors’ strategies.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong business acumen, market knowledge, and a creative mindset are essential. Previous experience in client relations and marketing is preferred.
