Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join them as an Administrative Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Schedule letters to customers & follow up
- Prepare Quotation for customers
- Create Invoices and send them via e-Invoicing
- Raise requests for the creation of new users
- Update assignment for new users
- Create Purchase Request & GR when goods are received
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Enjoy admin processing works
Work location: East
Working Days: Mondays to Fridays
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $2,800.00 – $3,200.00 per month
